The work carried out with them is part of a renovation job at the Pentagon Centre where we are replacing lighting with LED lighting controlled via motion sensors which will reduce their carbon footprint, running in a new 300A supply to allow for new studios to be built for tenants, installation of tray and lighting for one of the tenants and installing new façade lighting.
We carried out an electrical inspection at their main office in George Square. We now have a rolling testing schedule in place that sees them getting 20% of their installation tested a year so as ensure their system is being monitored for optimum safety but also allowing the cost to be spread over the 5 years.
Again carried out an electrical inspection this time on circa 800 circuits, giving the client peace of mind that their electrical system is to a relevant standard and safe for use buy their clients whether they are staying the night or visiting for a meal.
We have worked alongside several landlords for over 10 years now ensuring that the electrical installation is in a safe condition for their properties again giving them peace of mind in renting their flats/houses. Furthermore we send reminders when current reports are running out and due.

We have completed a rewire two upper wings on the development which included 13 offices, kitchen, WC's in each. LED lighting was installed throughout along with the required emergency lighting system. In the offices dado trunking was installed to accommodate general power sockets. We also installed dimplex q rad radiators throughout. We also ran network cabling on this job for Wi-Fi access points and network points.
We have installed new LED lighting in one of their bigger units with 33 high bays lights being installed which in doing so has halted the electricity usage of this unit.
We were approached by Ingliston Country club to illuminate the "ivy" and other parts of the entrance, we worked alongside staff to ensure the client got exactly what they were looking for and create a stunning setting at their premises.
We installed new electrics in the Grand Marquee and we have worked alongside Ingliston on their project to build a RV park with 30 hook up points.
